We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Customer Service Adviser to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to offer them additional products or services, as well as resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to offer them additional products or services.
Resolve any issues or concerns customers may have, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in outbound customer service or sales.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
