WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

The Colleague Success team are responsible for making every day a little bit better at LBG for each colleague. Whether this is by continuously improving our People processes, delivering people guidance, ensuring operational risk and resilience or transformational change as part of the People Platform.
We are creating the movement to be a design-led, agile organisation where colleague experiences are smooth, seamless, digital and productive across our whole colleague lifecycle from joining to leaving the organisation.
You will be accountable for defining and leading a new way of thinking, planning and delivery of colleague experiences and services across the group. This includes driving forward the end-to-end experience across digital employee journeys, leveraging our current technology eco-system to maximise our digital footprint, providing mobile experiences and supporting work in the flow and on the go.
You will work closely with the People Platform leadership team (business and technology change) to enhance, or if needed, revamp existing journeys and design/deliver new products and services. You will leverage Lloyds Banking Group’s unique strengths and brand positioning to create experiences that are truly differentiated and market leading
You'll be a strong creative leader, coach and nurturer, expected to use your extensive experience in design thinking techniques and tools, combined with agile approaches, to fundamentally change the way we plan and deliver people services and products.
You will look to the best, most innovative experiences from competitors, brands and pioneers across the world, introducing the latest design thinking and Outside: In knowledge to the team.

What you'll need
Essential skills:
Played a lead role in driving sustainable change in ways of working across a complex, multi-dimensional work environment with an understanding of the strong correlation between physical, cultural and digital work environments.
Extensive experience in design thinking, agile projects, lean startup 'test and learn' experimentation. Familiar with user research and data analysis to drive insight
Significant experience in applying design thinking/service design into a product or service environment, using coaching techniques across teams in matrixed organisations, gaining trust and confidence of the team
Demonstrated a strong portfolio of design leadership work, and a track record of delivering both creative design excellence and evidence of commercial results achieved
Use influence and indirect power to drive sustained change in ways of working and thinking, able to build and maintain productive working relationships
Experience in the application of new technology and tools, such as AI or Automation into the design cycle and use into the modern workforce
Experience in SaaS products, preferably Workday/SuccessFactors or SNOW
Desirable
Customer experience and/or service design for major new propositions and brands, with HR/People propositions preferred
Worked as an HR practitioner in one of more parts of the HR lifecycle
Experience in multiple industries with evidence of external insights
Certified in Design Thinking or Human Centred Design with a recognised organisation
Demonstrated experience of successful go to market delivery experience, from MVP to launching at scale
