Complete annual Schedule 23 Returns Auditing Lettings and Property Management teams across the business by producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly auditing reports.
Ensure the company is following RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) guidelines, always in preparation for audit.
Ensure all client queries are answered in a timely manner, by email and telephone Assist team where required to ensure we are always proactive.
Ensure Client Account reconciles daily.
Complete month end reports for the board of directors Ensure all move-ins, renewals, and end of tenancies are processed in a timely manner.
Monthly deposit reconciliation Monthly rent and legal protection reconciliation Liaising with Letting & Property Management Department Heads to ensure a cohesive working environment is established.
