We are looking for a regional sales manager for our AdditiveManufacturing Services Business in the United Kingdom. Siemens Energy is anestablished global leader in the additive manufacturing technology and wellpositioned to serve the energy, aviation, automotive and space industries withstate-of-the-art additive manufacturing technology. One of the key pillars ofour holistic AM strategy is to strengthen and develop our AM Services Businessto similar industries around the world


A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be proactively generating substantial growth oforder entry for Siemens Energy AM services & products, so daily tasks will includea large amount of customer interaction and driving strategy.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support expansion of service & productofferings and development of new markets/industries & new business models.
  • Develop and communicate a clear go-2-marketstrategy for defined regions/markets.
  • Develop new customers and build strategicrelationships.
  • Act as single point of contact into new keycustomer accounts and lead sales process end-to-end at the customer.
  • Built up sales pipeline and sales funnel,identify leads and opportunities to increase Order Intake.
  • Be responsible for providing the overall view of3PB and Siemens Energy Sales for MSL UK factory
  • Develop, implement and maintain sales processesin MSL UK QMS
  • Develop CRM for 3PB and Siemens Energy Pipeline
  • Be part of the leadership team bringingfunctional BDMS solutions and customer perspectives to all functions across MSLUK

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, BusinessDevelopment, and/or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience with Market Competitive intelligenceskills.
  • Proven track-record in developing customer-basedrelationships and driving substantial growth of profitable order entry.
  • Customer understanding, market knowledge andnetwork preferably in our primary AM services & projects target industries(energy, aviation, space or automotive).
  • Competence in complex technology-driven productsand solutions.


Preferred Skills/Experience/Knowledge

  • Master's degree in engineering or management
