About the Role
The Social Media Executive & Customer Service hybrid role is newly created in the fast-growing marketing department and will suit somebody who thrives on being creative. This role is for an individual that is comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks with exceptional interpersonal skills and time management and the duties will include:
- Lead innovative social media marketing campaigns across various brands including new product launches.
- Providing support to customer queries via telephone, website, emails and social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Undertaking other day-to-day administration as required.
- Creating eye-catching social media content on, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Perform industry research on current trends and audience preferences.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms and plan improvement activities as required.
- Briefing, planning, and drafting all social media activities while always keeping the user experience, brand voice, and best practices in mind.
- Creating and analysing social media reports to present to the marketing department and Managing Director.
About the Candidate (You)
We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for social media and providing exceptional customer service. You will enjoy being part of a thriving and busy team and also be confident in your abilities to lead and make decisions.
Your skills/experience:
- A good understanding of social media best practices (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools (essential)
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, as well as strong initiative (essential)
- Confident and friendly communication skills in written and verbal (essential)
- Experience working within e-liquids, CBD or health and wellness products (preferable)
