Customer Representative
Overview
Switch Advisor Ltd is seeking a full-time Customer Representative to join our team in Southampton. This position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a drive to succeed, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with prospective clients or vendors.
- Process invoices for payment and ensure accurate invoicing and customer billing are completed within established timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, invoices, and customer records.
- Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
