Job Description:
As a Brand Ambassador/Sales Assistant, you'll be at the driving force of some of the UK's leading brand's success, engaging with customers, promoting their products and services, and contributing to the overall growth of their businesses and ours. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner,
Learning the Ropes: Receive comprehensive mentorship on face to face sales techniques, and customer service to build a solid foundation for your role.
Brand Promotion: Showcasing them with enthusiasm, sharing their features and benefits with customers to spark interest and drive overall sales performance.
Sales Support: Assist experienced sales team members with transactions, learning from their expertise while gaining hands-on experience.
Brand Representation: Embody the values and personality of our brand, creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
