1st Line Helpdesk Support - Hybrid - Reading - £28K
Hi all, I am actively recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing organisation, that is looking for someone to start their career with in the IT industry. They are looking for an individual who is willing to learn and grow with in the organisation, starting off their career in 1st line Helpdesk support role. They're seeking a bright enthusiastic individual that is coming with a drive an ambition to start off their career.

Responsibilities in the role will include:
- 1st Line support in hardware and software
- Dealing with support ticketing system
- Dealing with internal and external clients support issues
Preferable skill sets will include:
- Confident communication skills
- Drive to learn and progress
- Support experience
