We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Manchester. This position is responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting them in their day-to-day operations.
Essential Functions:
Assist clients with order entry, order status, and order delivery.
Provide assistance with customer inquiries, billing, and billing questions.
Provide assistance with shipping and receiving as needed.
Provide assistance with returns as needed.
Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed.
Assist with daily office operations such as scheduling, data entry, invoicing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Maintain a positive attitude and work well with all team members!
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role preferred.
Must be able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,178.00-£25,626.00 per year
