Office Service Assistant
Leeds, LS1
£10.90 per hour ...

Initially temporary for approx/ 4 weeks, potential for longer term/permanent

Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a large document control and business support provider who are recruiting for a Office Services Assistant, based in Leeds, working Monday to Friday.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for any escalated issues raised by reprographics colleagues
  • Support in mail, courier and records management tasks and workflows
  • Ensure the highest standard of quality checking and timescales
  • Liaising with clients and other senior colleagues to ensure standards and deadlines are met
  • Occasionally covering a small reception area

Experience:

  • Previous experience within an administration or mailroom environment
  • Comfortable liaising with customers/clients
  • Comfortable working in a manual, physical role including lifting, climbing and working in confined areas.
