Administrative Bookkeeper
Are you looking for a varied role for a growing business? • Do you have Bookkeeping experience? We are an award-winning multi-million pound business situated in Liverpool, we are recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join our team. If you are currently looking for a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow both personally, this is the role for you.
The Bookkeeper's duties include: • Accounts payable/receivable • Statement reconciliation • New client/supplier setup • Credit card and expenses • Credit Control • Bank reconciliation • Supporting the month-end process account reconciliation and financial report writing • Assist with budgeting tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing reports • Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records • Provide support with technical accounting tasks as needed
The successful candidate MUST have: • Sage 50 experience • Proven working experience in Accounts • , computer skills on MS Excel • High attention to detail and accuracy • Capability to work to deadlines • Ability to work independently and use own initiative • Basic reconciliation skills • Good verbal and written communication skills •
