Main Responsibilities:
Create relevant, best-in-class digital assets
- Support content development and upload across digital channels, including email, website, retailers.com and Flixmedia platform.
- Ensure content and assets are optimised and in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Monitor performance of the content across different channels and suggest improvements.
Instant App EMEA & ANZ support
- Help manage content schedule.
- Upload all assets in line with the planned content schedule.
- Assist with the creation and implementation initiatives associated with driving traffic and subscriber growth.
- Monitor performance of the recipes content and collection per market and feed into reports.
Website & Retailer.com support
- Support in the ongoing population of D2C website including recipe content, blog posts, product, and brand pages.
- Help ensure website design is consistent and the content is presented in a compelling way that supports good user experience.
- Support product launches programme and initiatives to reach sales targets.
Email Marketing
- Assist with creating and updating data capture forms.
- Help curation of the content to different segments and management of automations.
- Support Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of email marketing programme.
- Track campaigns and journeys success against set KPIs.
Affiliate Marketing
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in recruiting affiliates and negotiating deals as per programme.
- Managing the design of creatives.
- Support in reporting on Affiliate Marketing.
Research & reporting
- Report on the pre-determined KPIs across all the touchpoints, from email marketing to web/app content.
- Utilise insights to support DMM on identifying areas for improvement required to reach the KPIs goals.
- Conduct competitor research to uncover insights and inform future activities.
Ad hoc / administrative tasks
- Stay up to date with latest digital marketing best practices and technologies.
- Support Digital Marketing Manager in reporting.
- Additional task and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- University degree or higher education qualification (business, marketing, digital or a related subject is desirable).
- Excellent IT skills.
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
- An understanding of user experience & SEO.
Desirable:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience of an ecommerce platform.
- Knowledge of WordPress, or similar.
- Google Analytics experience, or similar.
- Reporting/learning process experience.
