Role purpose

Being an Operations People Leader for Autoglass is all about delivering excellence in customer service through leading a team of Technicians. Ensuring our Technical Superiority shines through, delivering a quality finish for every customer.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will fall into these areas:

  • Building on our fantastic engagement results with your inspiring leadership

Scale of the role

Your team will comprise of between 15 and 25 employees working mobile or in branch, covering around 300-400 jobs per week in a specific geographic area.

Starting Salary £37,000
