Salary - up to £32,480
Hours - 37.5 per week (office based, free onsite parking) Occasional travel to local locations.
Role
- Partner with the senior leadership team and Managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development.
- Participate in the continual development of the Employees Life Cycle, make recommendations where needed to adjust the people strategy
- Lead the Recruitment and Selection end to end process, providing best practice advice and ensuring compliance
- Manage the HR System ensuring regular review to meet business needs and make recommendations for change where needed.
- Manage the onsite Occupational Health provider ensuring adherence to OH requirements by role
- Monitor the compliance of on boarding of staff through the completion of onboarding trackers, induction check lists
- Support the payroll manager with regard to daily management of starters/absence/leavers absence and maternity
- To support and coach line managers through the disciplinary and grievance processes
- Delivery of HR related workshops e.g. recruitment and selection, Diversity and Inclusion
Required
- CIPD Level 5 or desire to work towards it
- Previous HR generalist experience
