Administrative Assistant
Location: Imerys - Cornwall (Par Moor Centre) Salary: Competitive salary
Role: Administrative Assistant Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 a week (flexible)
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant based at Par Moor Centre.
The role main responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the S&T Director, Product Manager and Innovation teams, located at ITC-UK and general support as necessary to other groups across Imerys Minerals Limited, including;
Arrange domestic & overseas travel flights, trains, taxis, hire cars, hotels for UK employees.- Arrangements for overseas visitors, external clients and customers.
- Organise meetings or special events in the UK i.e seminars and customer visits.
- Ensure the timely recording of information within Workday for absence, holidays etc.
- Support to the UK team for submission of expenses.
- Provide general office management including the purchasing of equipment, lab chemicals, furniture, stationery, storage and any other requirements.
- Provide other general administrative support to the UK team.
- Provide cover for other Assistants Secretaries as required.

Requirements: Professional and confident approach, self-motivated and able to use initiative, being able to deal with sensitive & confidential information. The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate strong communication & organisation skills, working efficiently and being able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Have knowledge of Google or Microsoft suite, including sheets-excel / docs / email etc, and experience with ERP (IFS/SAP would be a plus)- Qualifications which demonstrate literacy and numeracy,
- IT and administrative skills. Proven post qualification experience.
- Experience in using ERP systems (preferably SAP) & standard Google tools
- Experience of working in a large, multinational, industrial organisation.
