We are looking to hire a Business Administrator who will provide executive assistant & administration support to members of the Foodbuy Exec. team including organisation, scheduling, correspondence, meetings & people.
Specifically, the Business Administrator will provide; -
Executive Assistant support to the Foodbuy Chief Operations Officer
Executive assistant support to other Foodbuy Exec. Team member(s) as required
Ad hoc administration support to the wider team as required
More about the role:
Organise and schedule meetings
Prepare meeting agendas, content for meetings, and record actions during meetings
Book business travel arrangements
Manage the diaries and schedules of Exec. Team members
People administration support including recruitment, onboarding, training, holidays, expenses & sickness
Manage ad hoc projects and follow-up with team members as required
Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant teams such as IT & People

Key skills, knowledge and experience required:
Executive support experience
Strong organizational & time management skills
Team orientated & flexible
Confident with a “Can Do” attitude
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)
High standard of literacy skills, attention to detail & accuracy
Self-motivated & willing to take the initiative
Comfortable working in a pressurised, fast paced and deadline driven environment
