We have an exciting opportunity to join the team and lead on our early talent recruitment campaigns! This role reports directly to the Head of Resourcing and you will work closely with our colleagues in Early Talent, the wider business, and our recruitment partner - Peoplescout, to lead our campaign activity to meet business requirements.
To be successful, you will need to be very organised and have a keen eye for detail, as the link between a range of stakeholders, written and verbal communication and the ability to influence stakeholders will be key to successfully delivering campaigns on time.
You’ll build excellent relationships with stakeholders to support recruitment needs in early talent, and act as the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.
This role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week in our offices in The Cube, Birmingham and will be on a 12-month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be leading on
- Lead on end-to-end recruitment campaigns in Early Talent for graduates, apprentices and placements.
- Work closely with our recruitment partner - Peoplescout, to manage campaign progress and lead on developing further attraction activity where required.
- Facilitate Early Talent assessment centres.
- Be the first point of call for all Early Talent campaign related activity.
- Work closely with the Head of Resourcing, Head of Talent and wider Early Talent team to ensure a smooth delivery of a service that fulfils our campaign objectives.
- Build and manage excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
To be successful you’ll need
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills essential.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience of managing campaigns and the entire recruitment lifecycle desirable, but not essential.
- The ability to react positively to change through the campaign lifecycle.
