Here at GXO, we’re looking for Inventory Administrators to join our team in Northampton. Supporting us in the ‘go-live’ of a brand-new operation, you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, rotating 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Update & maintain inventory records, providing analysis on inventory trends where required- Conduct cyclical and periodic stock counts, reporting any discrepancies
- Investigate and provide answers to any customer or supplier stock queries
- Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company procedure
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous inventory and warehouse systems experience would be advantageous- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to provide an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
- The ability to lean and adapt to new systems & processes
