The Reward & Benefits Administrator will co-ordinate and support all aspects of reward and benefits administration services, ensuring effective completion of routine support activities through an employee’s life cycle.
The main activities within the role will include:
- Being the key resource contact for all reward related queries via the reward admin mailbox and escalate queries as required.
- Providing administration and co-ordination support in all cyclical reward activities such as: Group bonus processes, Annual pay reviews, Benefits administration, Pensions administration, etc.
- Creating and maintaining reports in relation to benefits utilisation and annual membership information as required.
- Working closely with the Reward Specialist to provide periodic reward survey data to survey companies for up-to-date industry information.
- Processing invoices and working closely with vendors and the invoicing team to ensure that payment information is accurate.
- Working closely with relevant teams to ensure that information on HC-One’s intranet pertaining to Pay & Reward are accurate and up-to-date.
- Building a good and close working relationship with all teams in Homes and the Support office.
- Supporting reward project administration activities to ensure timely and success delivery of reward projects.
This role is based in Darlington, with some opportunity for flexible working.

With experience of working in a high volume, fast paced administration and support role, ideally within a reward or benefits administration role or within the care sector, you will have strong organisational and time management skills and an ability and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member.
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office tools, ideally with good numerical understanding with an aptitude for analytical data management, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
