As the UK Automotive Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across the UK market. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals, managing campaigns, building partnerships, and analysing market trends to maximise the groups market presence and achieve business objectives. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a creative and data-driven individual with a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for the UK market, in line with the overall company objectives
- Create social media strategies to translate into amazing, engaging content that’s right the for the audience and the platform
- Be a first-class writer of web content, blogs, marketing materials, and sales collateral
- Work with the production team to maximise impact of videography and photography
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Conduct market research, analyse consumer insights, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, PR, and advertising
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and design teams, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure there is a consistent brand message
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to maximise brand exposure and drive strategic partnerships
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sales data, and marketing metrics for the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify innovative marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy policies, and industry best practices in all marketing activities.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within the automotive industry and/or a relevant Marketing degree or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of the UK automotive market, industry trends, and consumer behaviour
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving them towards achieving common goals
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and integrated marketing communications
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and market research to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad when required.
