Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be working with a leading technology company in search of an experienced HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on the outskirts of Sevenoaks. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in providing proactive HR support, working closely with the Head of HR and various Heads of Department.

About the Role:
As the HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the main point of contact for designated HR-related queries within the business, providing proactive HR administrative support to the management team.
- Assisting with all recruitment campaigns, including drafting job descriptions, collaborating with recruitment partners to attract top talent, sifting applications, coordinating advertising, scheduling interviews and assessments, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Providing necessary administrative support on employee relations matters, including informal meetings, investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance hearings, while ensuring a fair and compliant approach.
- Drafting all employment documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and onboarding packs, for approval by the Head of HR.
- Liaising with other departments, particularly Payroll, regarding contractual matters affecting payroll.
- Supporting the comprehensive HR onboarding program by obtaining employee information in line with legislative and company procedures, including right-to-work checks, allergy, and disability information, and ensuring seamless data transfer across appropriate systems.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all absence processes, including self-certification forms, statutory and contractual sick pay, and Statements of Fitness for Work. You will also support the scheduling of welfare procedures within the business and liaise with Payroll as necessary.
- Updating HR policies as directed by the Head of HR and demonstrating a keen desire to stay updated with HR and employment law knowledge.
- Assisting in the coordination of mental health and wellbeing initiatives, proposing new ideas and approaches.
- Overseeing the offboarding process of employees through effective documentation.
- Maintaining accurate HR records, regularly updating, amending, and issuing all necessary documentation, including contractual variations and supplier agreements with the authorisation of the Head of HR. You will also issue Personnel Record forms annually to maintain accurate records.
- Supporting and coordinating the Company's Training Plan, sourcing both internal and external training in collaboration with relevant managers.
- Providing valuable HR administrative support to ad hoc project work as directed by the Head of HR.
- Supporting the implementation and roll-out of employee surveys, gathering data and preparing reports for the Head of HR.
- Representing the company at careers fairs as required, engaging with prospective candidates, and contributing to the development of a Graduate Scheme with support from departments as necessary.
- Assisting the Company's partnership with its chosen Apprenticeship provider, liaising with the Head of HR and Financial Controller as appropriate.
- Regularly debriefing the Head of HR on all HR activities within the business.
- Fulfilling any other duties as required in line with business needs, seeking support from the Company's Head of HR as necessary.
Core Skills:
The successful candidate will possess the following core skills:
- Qualification to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Demonstrated integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Proven experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role.
- Previous work experience in a commercial or profit-making environment.
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems independently.
- A strong desire to upskill and progress within the HR field.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a client-led industry.
- Exposure to all aspects of HR through working in a small HR team or standalone role.

- Capability and confidence in supporting managers with HR matters.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation, including with employees, management, Directors, the Head of HR, and external HR Consultant.
- A logical and methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong documentation and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A personable nature and ability to build positive relationships.
- Patience and composure in reactive situations.
- Professionalism and an overall positive attitude.
