The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager - Retail – Hybrid, Purfleet, Essex.
About The Opportunity:
This is a really exciting time to join our Retail Talent Acquisition Team here at Carpetright. As the Leader of this wonderful team, you’ll have the opportunity to own the Retail Talent Attraction strategy for our Store Recruitment, ensuring we attract and source the best quality talent enabling the business to deliver their objectives.
Here’s a little more detail:
- You’ll have the expertise to help design and deliver current and future recruitment and talent attraction strategies for our retail store population
- Building awareness and Identify routes to market ensuring we uncover the best retail talent in the market
- Importantly you’ll develop and manage the digital recruitment agenda, utilising various channels (e.g., social media, LinkedIn, internet, job boards) both standalone and via suppliers.
- Develop and manage assessment tools that enable objective filtering for right fit candidates.
- Develop and manage the onboarding process ensuring we meet legal requirements whilst giving the candidate a seamless experience.
- Directly support the sourcing (including search and head-hunting activity) and selection of key/high profile retail hires and team members
- Lead, support and develop our fabulous Talent Acquisition team
- You’ll also be tasked with developing and managing the Carpetright EVP
About Your Experience:
- Substantial experience leading an in-house recruitment team and function, focused on volume hires within a fast-paced multi-site retail environment
- Solid experience of managing and developing an ATS.
- You’ll be a whiz when it comes to Digital Recruitment Marketing, with sound experience of social and programmatic advertising across all channels is essential
- Employer branding and providing great customer experience is at the heart of everything you do
- Substantial experience in managing recruitment spend; producing, monitoring, and interpreting key metrics required. In other words, you’ll definitely be data driven!
