This would be for a part-time or a full-time contract for a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Hours/working pattern can be flexible for the right candidate.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to provide administrative support to our small head office team based in Blairgowrie.
Responsibilities
- General administrative duties
- Ensuring employee training is up to date.
- Providing support to the Operations team
- Social media management.
- Maintaining internal database
- Copywriting
- Support and carry out any other ad hoc admin duties, as and when required.
Skills required.
- Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a rapidly changing environment.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Proficient with MS Office packages with the ability to learn in-house systems.
- Excellent communication skills
