About the role

When you join our Complex Corporate department as a Coordinator, you’ll be part of an energetic and engaged team who review, analyse and assess corporate business leads. This team support NFU Mutual’s commercial growth into exciting new sectors and identify any potential barriers to new business being established.


You’ll support and coordinate activity for the Corporate Prospecting team and provide administrative support to deliver one-off projects. Supporting the Corporate Prospecting Analysts, you’ll be involved with data and marketing insights reviews which enable the assessment of corporate risks. You’ll produce reports in alignment with NFU Mutual quality standards and ensure team documentation and scheduling is updated. This entry-level role provides great insight into the insurance sector with plenty of scope to make the role your own and opportunities to develop your career further with NFU Mutual.


This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.


This role is known internally as a Corporate Prospecting Coordinator

About you

A driven problem solver with experience working both independently and within a team, you’ll have great attention to detail and a genuine interest in commerce and insurance. You’ll have:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate experience of MS Office packages, particularly Excel

  • Confidence working within a fast-paced environment
