Purpose
To contribute to the development and implementation of the overall brand/customer strategy within the Special Care therapy areas. To lead on specific projects in the customer plan, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to budget.
Profile
- Educated to degree level, preferably in life science, business or marketing
- Experience of working as part of a marketing team, ideally as a brand manager or other roles such as sales manager, sales representative, medical manager, MSL, business information or market access
- Track record of managing cross functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, budget management and implementation.
- Knowledgeable on NHS structures and the current healthcare environment
- Broad understanding and application of the principles of marketing /marketing process
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Comprehensive knowledge or detailed understanding of the ABPI code in relation to the
promotion of medicines within the UK (more than ABPI qualified).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the therapy areas brand/customer strategy along with members of the marketing team and the wider cross functional team
- Contribute to the development of customer plans and take the leadership role on specific projects and initiatives, to ensure that they are implemented on time and to budget
- Actively ensuring that all activities enhance the experience of our customers
Working with the field force, KOL engagement manager and other customer facing teams to listen to the voice of the customer
Assess customer insight and feedback and prioritising insight that requires action
Co creation of campaigns and strategic initiatives with customers/XFT
- Track and analyse brand performance (KPI’s) and make recommendations on future direction or tactics
- Maintain close communication with the field force to understand their feedback on campaigns and how they are implementing the campaigns at territory level
- Maintain close contact and communication with external stakeholders and advisors – HCPs, Payors, KOLs to ensure that we are experts at listening to our customers, patients, parents/carers, and have a good understanding from their perspectives
- Ability to successfully manage marketing materials through relevant approval process from concept to implementation
- Ability to write clear briefings for all materials/assets developed and to all third-partyagencies when briefing projects.
- Ability to ensure all materials/assets are current and approved for use
- Effective and timely communication to all stakeholders within Chiesi UK and Corporate Marketing
