Job Description
-Executive HR Services focus on providing a high touch service offered to a small group of colleagues across Anglo American, the service helps to ensure fast and reliable access to several HR processes where the standardized global process would not deliver the right outcome. The offering will focus on consistency, confidentiality and customer centricity.
This role will be responsible for providing HR administration services and support to the Executive population across a defined range of HR processes and activities in line with HR standards and policies ensuring a customer centric, high touch employee experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of all service requests; ensuring compliance with governance, interacting with other HR colleagues to find a solution
- Deliver high quality and timely services in accordance with SLAs
- Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders (internal and external) to fulfil SLA deliverables
- Undertakes administration for core HR employee life cycle process including inductions scheduling; leaver process; reference requests; background screening; sickness absence; annual leave
- Act as Super-user for Success Factors Performance Management System supporting on reporting requirements and responding to systems queries and issues
- Act as a point of contact for Employee Self Service (ESS) / Manager Self Service (MSS) queries. Troubleshoot to resolve common problems and investigate further if required. Escalate technical problems through the appropriate support channels and follow up as required
