The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and successful Sales person to join our Surfacing Solutions team as a Territory Sales Manager for the South East territory. We need your skills in providing excellent service to the area's existing customer base and your energy to drive forward with new sales both with existing key accounts and new customers. It doesn't matter if you're not from the same industry, we just want your fresh ideas and passion for sales!

Who you are

  • You will maintain an understanding of Aggregate Industries strategic direction and produce an accurate ongoing forecast and pipeline
  • You will be responsible for covering the following areas - Essex, Kent, East London, East Sussex and Hertfordshire.
  • You will have experience of identifying targeted accounts within the territory and develop profiles for these accounts and maintain and develop a sales plan your territory, helped by developing an understanding of competitive activity relevant to territory.
  • You have the ability to learn about AI's current and future product range within Concrete Products. This is an area where you will receive a lot of support so your current sales background doesn’t have to be within the same industry.
  • You are successful in winning new business in line with your agreed targets by implementing sales/marketing campaigns, qualify and follow up on leads, promoting the full product range) to all customers within the territory and review dormant/prospect accounts.
