About the role
We are looking for a part time administrative assistant to work between 17.5 and 21 hours over a mixture of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (or less days if they would prefer). They will work closely with our Exeter Care team who specialise in children work where there is local authority involvement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ office experience and will be responsible for providing an excellent first impression to our clients as well as providing administrative support including answering the telephone, saving legal documents to our in-house system as well as printing, scanning and creating bundles for court and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be Microsoft office and IT proficient, have an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain legal documents and records.
- Save legal documents to our in-house system.
- Maintain client records by scanning documents, copying documents, entering data into electronic systems.
- Prepare bundles for court
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
- Answer phones and provide general information to callers.
- Printing and scanning and filing
