Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the execution of product-level, order-level, and customer specific promotions
Support eCommerce campaigns by setting up promotions based on eligible products and customers as determined by the online promotion strategy
Publishes and manages schedule of internal advertisements on the website
Develop and maintain promotions calendar to manage multiple promotions during a given time
Be the point-person to build, review, test, and deploy all online promotions and marketing banner ads.
Conduct A/B testing of ads and onsite content.
Support competitor benchmarking activities
Support reporting on results and performance of promotional activity and testing of optimization strategies.
Setup of promotional and merchandising product labels and product bundles
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
2+ years of experience creating and managing promotions on a day-to-day basis, preferably for a B2B eCommerce site
Experience in managing publishing of online advertisements (Sitecore Experience a plus)
Able to manage multiple projects at once and collaborate with various stakeholder groups
Strong business acumen and can contribute a balanced perspective
Critical thinker and able to solve complex problems
Knowledge of eCommerce conversion funnel optimization advantageous. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and promotion engines; direct experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) is a plus
Knowledge of Content Management and/or Digital Asset Management platforms; direct experience with Sitecore CMS or Informatica DAM is a plus
Experience in data aggregation and analysis is a plus
SEO experience is a plus

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
2+ years’ experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

Advanced intermediate level professional; knowledge within own discipline and developing basic knowledge of organization, processes and customers. Good judgment, sound analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required to perform tasks. Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of routine and non-routine issues.
