£21,000 starting salary, £21,500 after 4 months, £22,000 after 6 months then £23,000 after achieving Level 3.
Our Claims team are growing!
Our policy sales are rocketing so we need to expand our Claims function to meet with demand and ensure all our customers receive a consistent, faultless service!
We are recruiting for a new generation of insurance claims professionals looking to build a career in our award winning and growing claims department.
You don’t need to have had any experience in insurance – all we ask is that you want to work hard and learn, we take care of the rest!
In six months we will teach you:
- How insurance works and how to deal with a claim when a customer has an accident – we cover both legal and insurance aspects with you.
- How you determine who is at fault for the accident – it can be complicated!
- What happens when a customer writes their car off.
- How to deal with claims being made against our customer.
After six months you will have the opportunity to progress/learn more about our more specialist areas which include Personal Injury, Credit Hire and Fraud.
You will have a Manager and Team Coach that will support your style of learning, so you can build your confidence as you go.

- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to learn.
- Motivated and focussed on self-development.
