ABOUT THREE SIX ZERO X FORWARD MOTION ARTISTS:
Three Six Zero has partnered with international management company Forward Motion Artists. Founded in 2017, Forward Motion Artists’ roster features alternative electronic music acts such as Jamie Jones, Lee Burridge, Lee Foss, Ida Engberg, AMÉMÉ, and more. The company also works with a roster of event brands and labels including Paradise, All Day I Dream, Repopulate Mars, Hot Creations, One Tribe, and more.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in promoting the clients on our roster which includes both emerging and established talent. Additionally, this role will manage music releases, events, brands, and overall marketing on a global level, ensuring that campaigns are executed at the highest level of impact and efficiency. Prior experience in both marketing and the music industry is required- this could be in management, a talent agency, or a record label. Strong candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to take initiative and identify new opportunities for artist growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate with artists and their teams to understand their creative vision, goals, and target audience for each project
· Develop comprehensive and innovative music marketing plans that encompass digital, social media, influencer, and traditional marketing channels
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including DSP partners, social platforms, brands, important third-party vendors, influencer and ad agencies
· Gathering user and fan data and operating data collection platforms
· Work closely with the internal team to create, develop and synchronize global marketing efforts
· Execute marketing campaigns to support new releases, tours, music videos, and other artist-related initiatives
· Build rollout plans, participate in creative brainstorming sessions and help to curate engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates
· Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics and audience insights to optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact
· Provide regular reports and updates to artists and management teams on the progress and results of marketing campaigns
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platforms, and emerging opportunities to ensure our artists are at the forefront of marketing innovation
· Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve campaign goals within financial parameters
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2-3 years in marketing in the music industry
· Proven experience in music marketing, preferably with a focus on artist support and promotion
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with artists, management teams, and industry professionals
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics to track and analyze campaign performance
· Strong understanding of music streaming platforms, online music communities, and industry influencers
· A deep passion for music and a strong understanding of the music industry landscape
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
· Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to individual artists
· Ability to use photoshop, keynote and final cut (or premiere) is a bonus but not required
