I am currently working with a pioneer of the fine jewellery world, a brand that is internationally admired for their craftmanship, and the uniqueness of their products. The brand’s desire to create objects of rare beauty has made them renowned for their distinct and unique style.
As an ambassador within the Harrods boutique, you are responsible for welcoming clients to the department, introducing them to the heritage of the brand, and ensuring exceptional customer experience is maintained whilst achieving sales targets.
As a Sales Associate you will play an essential part in the smooth running of the boutique and seamless customer journey. With this responsibility in mind, you will need to have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Develop a close network of loyal clientele.
- Attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele; invite current and prospective clients to in-store events.
- Set up window and in-store displays each morning; assure displays are broken down each evening and products are stored in the safe every evening
- Provide excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service/follow repair process from start to finish.
- Implement policies and procedures established by the company, i.e. security policy, consignment, after sales service, valuation request, Human Resources policies, etc.
- Educate clients on product quality and standards.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
About You:
- Strong fine jewellery background and knowledge is essential for this role.
- Naturally proactive and take initiative.
- Experience in high pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English. It would be advantageous for candidates to have an additional language to support the brands international clientele.

- Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 Per Annum
