Job Title: Business Development Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to capture them.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Monitor industry developments and stay updated on market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products or services.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
