The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be allocating and responding to queries relating to Viewbers services. You will provide support to the Account Executives, onboard new clients and provide assistance to them during the booking process. You will also attend weekly sales team meetings, suggesting new sales ideas and contributing to the sales planning.
Whilst the position is remote, you must live in Hampshire, Berkshire or Surrey for ease of attending in-person training, meetings and/or events.
We have one full-time role available as follows:
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). However due to the nature of the role, some flexibility may be required on occasion in order to attend meetings, events and conferences outside of your core working hours.
A base salary of £25,000 per annum with an OTE of £35,000 per annum
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience working from home
- 2+ years of continuous service in B2B Sales, Customer Service or Administration in a non-retail environment.
- Level 2 English and Level 2 Maths (or equivalent)
- A great communicator, both written and verbal, who is enthusiastic about helping clients and has excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with HubSpot and HelpScout would be ideal, but not essential.
