Education Impact Academy Trust is a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Mayfield School, Queensbury School, The Hive College, Blue Sky Nursery and Lime Tree Nursery. As part of the ongoing development of our Trust team to support our establishments, we have a new opportunity for a Trust HR & Operations Support Officer to join our team of professional and dedicated staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- administering the recruitment process including the issue of contracts of employment
- administering payroll and dealing with queries
- monitoring and updating the single central record to ensure safeguarding compliance
- monitoring staff absence
- assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures
- supporting with projects
- clerking/minuting meetings
The successful candidate will be required to support with the implementation of a significant new process later in the year and early next year. This will include being the key point of contact and liaising with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
