Are you interested in working with young people? Do you have the skills to communicate with students in our multi ethnic 11 to 16 school? We are seeking an EAL Co-ordinator Grade 3 Qualified to support teaching staff in the development and education of our pupils and to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupils to whom you are assigned.
We are looking for an experienced individual who possesses effective communication skills .You will:
- have GCSE’s in English and mathematics at grade A*-C or equivalent
- have a Level 3 Teaching assistant Qualification
- have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with children and young people
- have experience of using good communication and interpersonal skills
- have experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks
- be a self- motivated and enthusiastic worker
A willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for working with young people are essential as well as an approachable and professional manner.
