They are at the forefront of setting compliance benchmarks that drive these industries forward and make the world of work a safer place.
This broad reaching role of Interim Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role providing leadership and strategic direction for the business and of course specifically across marketing, partnerships and channels to market.
In this role, the accountabilities of the Interim Head of Marketing will include:
- work alongside the Managing Director to develop the strategy for the 3 to 5 year growth plan
- play an active role in the integration of future acquisitions and services
- develop a flexible and innovative marketing strategy using inbound and outbound channels and tactics and including online, social, events and demand generation, building communities to increase awareness, drive enquiries, sales and loyalty/retention
- develop a channel and go to market strategy into existing and new industries and geographies
- engage closely with product development and the wider business to maximise partner opportunities
- leadership, guidance and mentoring of a small team

The successful Interim Head of Marketing will have a proven track record in a B2B membership and/or trade body. (As their audience also includes SME/one man businesses too some b2c would be helpful but not essential)
You should be able to demonstrate your ability in developing and delivering successful GTM plans
You have a growth mindset, with the ability and desire to innovate
Ideally, you have experience working in a private equity/VC backed business,
You are comfortable with data and digital including marketing automation/ABM tools
You have an inspirational, "can do" attitude, with proven leadership expertise in high performing teams.
Your enthusiasm and drive should be infectious alongside your ability to resolve issues and prioritisation challenges
This role is hybrid and it is expected you will be in the company's Surrey/South London HQ 1 or 2 days a week.
