We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role can be based at either our Poole Head Office office, our Merlin Technical Hub in Chertsey, or our London offices on the South Bank or at Madame Tussauds London, and reports into the Senior Finance Business Partner - Corporate on a permanent basis. The salary on offer is c. £55,000 per annum based on your skills and experience.

You'll deliver departmental objectives and budgets, collaborate with the Finance Hub for accurate reporting, and support complex analysis. Developing cost centre reporting for our global technology division, you'll lead review sessions with stakeholders, and enhance governance for project accounting. Your proactive approach will capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks.

About You…
- You will be ideally educated at degree level
- You are ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part or Fully-Qualified
- You have proven and demonstrable business partnering experience or technical role within a Shared Service environment
- You can demonstrate good analytical ability with a good attention to detail
- You have good communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- You will ideally have experience in a consumer facing organisation with a continuous improvement agenda.
