In the role of Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the business by providing crucial administrative and customer support. You will be eager to learn and receive continuous coaching and development from both the Senior Customer Support Administrator and Customer Account Manager.
The Role Overview:
- To take incoming calls and provide customers with customer and technical support over the phone on a same-day basis whilst logging this onto the WCCTV Support log.
- Assist with troubleshooting WCCTV Equipment faults, ensuring customers are communicated to throughout the query progress/resolution.
- Administration of the returns process, including internal communication with the Production Team and external communication of progress to the customer.
- To assist with day-to-day Customer Support administration including Heartbeat Reports, Trials administration, responding to internal and external emails and all other set daily tasks
- Provide feedback that may assist with the ongoing improvement of any processes, guides or communications to our accounts.

Your Experience and Characteristics:
- Experience in providing customer service either face-to-face or over the phone.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and self-organise your working day.
- Experience working efficiently using Excel and Outlook
