What can you bring to Banham?
Your ability to work within a high call volume environment will enable you to provide a customer-centric service as well as:
- Experience in managing engineer diaries along with good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas (preferred)
- Be able to respond to a high number of emails and phone calls
- Excellent customer service
- Having attention to detail and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn
- Problem-solving
- General admin duties which include data entry, managing customer appointments and departmental reports
