What can you bring to Banham?

Your ability to work within a high call volume environment will enable you to provide a customer-centric service as well as:

  • Experience in managing engineer diaries along with good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Be able to respond to a high number of emails and phone calls
  • Excellent customer service
  • Having attention to detail and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving
  • General admin duties which include data entry, managing customer appointments and departmental reports
