Role Details – Regional HR Business Partner We are currently recruiting for an incredibly exciting and challenging business to bring in a new Regional HR Business Partner whilst they look to double the business in the next 5 years!
The Regional HR Business Partner will be joining an organisation at a time of great change. They will collaborate with General Managers across different sites, develop and implement the people plan and procedures, and provide expert HR guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
You will report directly into the Group HRD and regularly liaise with the Board directly.
Location: home based, with multi-site travel
Salary/Benefits: £50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + bonus
Ideally you will be based in the West Midlands or East Midlands for ease of travel, however all locations will be considered.
Key responsibilities of the Regional HR Business Partner:
- To design and implement the people processes, practices and behaviours that enable the business to grow.
- To establish a high-performance culture, represented by a safe, diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment where individual wellbeing is valued.
- Aligning the organisation structure, employee accountabilities and objectives to the strategic and operational aims of the business.
- HR Business Partnering with site management teams, to deliver the people plan.
- Identifying and establishing the people-related processes and practices that support right person, right time, right place.
- Developing an understanding of the business strategy and building the appropriate people plans to align with the long and short-term needs of the business.
- Providing support on a range of HR and employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievances appeals and other HR matters.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of the business strategy.
Key skills required of the Regional HR Business Partner
- Has multi-site HR Business Partner experience with responsibility for the full breadth of HR capabilities.
- Ideal background: FMCG, Logistics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar backgrounds are desirable.
