The Role:
As Commercial Account Handler you will be responsible for providing an unrivalled level of service in line with your client's needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact to your clients
- You will be responsible for all aspects of account management, including handling renewals, MTAs, amendments and cancellations in an accurate and timely manner.
- In addition to this, you will work closely with the relevant Account Executive, identifying potential improvements to the clients insurance programme and making recommendations if required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handler role with a good level of technical knowledge across all commercial classes of insurance.
- Will need to be equipped with excellent rapport building skills with the ability to build and maintain effective and long-lasting relationships.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
