Working as part of our Retail team in our new store due to open in Metro Centre, for 16 hours per week, you will be a vital piece in the success of the store.
What you'll be doing:
- You will be assisting our customers on their journey to find their dream bed
- Using our market leading sleep technology, Sleep Match, our bit of wizardry that helps a customer choose the right mattress just for them
- Always offering the best customer experience, listening to their needs and guiding them, while asking the right questions at the right time to find the perfect product
- General housekeeping, cleaning and mattress moves
A bit about you:
- You will have an engaging and positive personality, with a natural ability to bond with customers
- Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary you need to have the determination and self-motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets, at the same time keeping it a fun and happy place to work, where everyone feels relaxed
- We will train your to become a sleep expert, because we know buying the right bed can be a tough decision so you will be fully prepared to offer all features & benefits to help our customers finalise their selection
- Able to commit to working 16 hours per week. We are operational 7 days a week so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays, but these are our busiest days so you will be able to earn more commission.
