We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Engineer / Solutions Expert to join our incredible team in Swansea, UK!

About you:
- 3 + years experience in an IT support/project role is desirable
- Able to configure hardware, software, systems, networks, WiFi, and servers
- Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks
- Experience providing advanced technical support to clients such as IT Managers
- Project Management exposure
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Being a senior point of escalation for the company
- Just focused on project work and solutions design
- Work across multiple projects and technology at the same time
- Work on new emerging technology so we stay at the forefront
- Undertake ongoing certification and training
Customer Service is key:
- Customer confidence; we communicate with our clients in person
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers
- Work collaboratively
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
