Join our brilliant marketing community at British Airways. We are creating a new Global Marketing Effectiveness team to focus on measuring the impact of our marketing, and supporting our transformational goals.
We are looking for two experienced Marketing Data Analysts to support Global Marketing Effectiveness Manager with insightful analysis to influence marketing decision making and inform effective use of marketing investment in building and driving revenue and enhancing customer experience. You'll enable decision making by extracting data with our leading martech technology.
What you’ll do:
- Provide a deep understanding of cross channel effectiveness of marketing investment through the use of analytics
- Deliver accurate and timely analysis and reporting, interpret output and communicate clearly and effectively to drive business change.
- Manage a varied portfolio of projects and partner with external consultancies and internal teams across Commercial, Central Analytics, IAG etc to deliver holistic measurement approach to marketing
- Deliver cross channel audience insights to support marketing planning and campaigns briefs
What you will bring to the team:
- Curiosity, forward thinking and tenacity
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to generate and structure insight from complex and sometime disparate data.
- Experience in data visualisation, identifying new and informative ways to convey data and insights.
- Data storytelling skills and ability to see application of data insights to business problems as well as understanding the wider content and potential impact.
- Full understanding on marketing mix and marketing effectiveness
- Excellent customer awareness, commercially astute both strategically and analytically, with ability to see application of data insights to business problems as well as understanding the wider content and potential impact.
