About the Role

Barista at Starbucks - Ipswich Station

Pay rate £10.42 per hour.


We are looking for Part Time Team Members to join our Starbucks at Ipswich Station.
As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between 6:30am and 5:30pm including weekends - we are sure you can find something matching your flexibility.

Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.

Responsibilities for Barista:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks / products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
  • Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards
  • Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Requirements for Barista:

  • Many of our units sell alcohol - You must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible to serve and comply with licensing legislation.
