Resi is on the search for a junior Account Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
Our Account Managers act as the golden thread that runs through the Resi customer journey. They are the single point of contact for a customer and they are the energy and momentum in the team - above all they are a team that loves to help people. They thrive on making Resi customers happy and ensuring that they feel guided and supported throughout their project journey. Account Managers are the true voices of Resi representing our company values and brand on a daily basis. Although they are not technical, they are incredibly knowledgeable on our product and processes, and they know how to make what is often a challenging and complicated experience clear, enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.
Resi is the UK’s largest architectural platform for home improvement projects - think extensions, renovations, loft conversions! The innovations that we are bringing to market have genuinely never been seen in this industry before - we are at the forefront of changing a highly fragmented, inefficient, costly, and frustrating customer experience. We have already managed to achieve a scale that is unprecedented in our industry; a traditional architect completes on average 12 projects a year, we complete 1,500, and our mission is to deliver Happy Homes on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside architectural designers to keep projects in rhythm
Handhold the customer throughout their Resi journey
Upsell the entire Resi product suite where appropriate
Work to, and exceed commercial targets with upsells for our third parties
Have a commercial focus on all aspects of the Resi pipeline
Proactively communicate and update clients on project progress
Work alongside your studio team to prevent any blockers to a project moving forward
Voice any ideas and feedback that will improve the client journey
Be the first point of contact in the client escalation process
Organisation and admin tasks using our custom-built online admin panel (taking payments, customer feedback/ inputs from third parties)
Work with the business development & technical teams on areas of improvement
About You:
We look for bright, personable individuals who understand the importance of great customer service, and who are passionate in delivering an excellent level of service and really take pride in their work. You should be comfortable selling additional services and Resi products and feel motivated to exceed commercial targets.
Our current Account Managers are excellent communicators with superior people skills and a passion for problem solving. They are a team of individuals who strive to make Resi the go-to home improvement platform in the UK - everything from our initial consultation calls through to our final stage follow ups are driven with client experience and user journey in mind.

Resi are currently a team of ~100 people based in the heart of Brixton, South London. We have a hybrid work set up where we operate three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and two days from home (Wednesday and Friday).
