The People & Culture Coordinator is an essential member of the Human Resources team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our employees. The role predominantly focuses on all areas of HR administration, with a strong focus on the recruitment and employee administration. The People & Culture Administrator is also involved in HR training and general employee relations. The role is the first point of contact for our employees and supports our HR Intern.
The ideal candidate will live up the Golden Rule with passion for HR and people interactions.
Previous experience within the HR field and hospitality industry would be beneficial.
Excellent administrative skills required.
