Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administrator to work within the newly formed and innovative UHD Hospital at Home Virtual Ward Team at United Hospitals Dorset.
The post holder will work with the team across the different hospital sites as and when required alongside the multi-disciplinary team to provide and maintain a high level of service to provide acute care at a persons home. He/she will provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support within their directorate/area of work, whilst promoting a professional image and always maintaining confidentiality.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

A key element of this role is to admit and discharge patients on the electronic patient systems to ensure accurate and timely data, you will also be expected to keep the spreadsheets and patient systems up to date following any MDT discussions and escalate any concerns to the relevant clinical lead/teams. The role will support the Hospital at home project team and the clinical teams as directed
