The Role
You will join the People Operations Team and will play a key role in supporting the final phase of the implementation of the new onboarding platform. Your role over the first three to four months will be working directly with the Head of HR Operations and providing support in the coordination of the meetings with the different business units, capturing the relevant information and then implementing the changes in the system. You will then be the guardian and owner of the new onboarding platform. Your main role will be delivering an exceptional on-boarding experience for new joiners that is well-organised, well-managed and runs smoothly to give them the best start possible. You will be liaising with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, individual business areas to ensure the on-boarding process runs efficiently. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on the experience of new employees.
The Responsibilities

Coordinating the final end-end planning & delivery of our on-boarding experience for new joiners in EMEA

Being the hands implementing the final changes to the new onboarding platform.

Generating periodic metrics and reports on onboarding.

Handling pre-boarding and post-boarding tasks such as adapting comms, creating cohorts and collating feedback etc.

Ensuring that all content on the Onboarding platform and other documentation is kept up to date.

Managing on-boarding administrative tasks such as calendars and coordination with presenters and new joiners.

Continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and be more efficient whilst keeping all on-boarding materials up to date.

Be the primary go-to contact for all on-boarding coordination and administration. Staying organised, up to date and one step ahead.

Ensuring that all background checks are completed before new joiner starts.

Building great working relationships with the rest of the People Operations team, the Talent team, the EA team, the IT team, operations team, Reception, hiring managers.

Maintaining frequent valuable communication with new joiners and line managers on an ongoing basis.
The Requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, confident in the use and maintenance of systems (Eli, Workday, Sharepoint,), efficient, collaborative, confident and passionate about giving new joiners the best welcome experience.

Proven ability to learn back end system manipulation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Experience working in a rapid professional services/consultancy/Big 4

Experience working with Workday and ELI

Confident in building relationships quickly with people of all levels and backgrounds

A keen interest and experience in On-boarding

Experience in planning across blended delivery channels, in a fast-paced environment
